Residential Housekeeper Full Time

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of private home. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent cleaning skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Must have professional references, Background check and clean NYS drivers license.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
• Conduct floor care such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are spotless
• Handle laundry tasks including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring hygiene protocols are followed
• Prepare light meals or snacks as needed, utilizing basic cooking skills
• Manage household supplies inventory and notify clients when restocking is necessary
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously
• Assist with custodial tasks such as trash removal and organizing cluttered areas
• Follow safety guidelines related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning
• Skills in floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and laundry operations
• Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is advantageous
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks effectively
• A positive attitude, reliability, and discretion are essential for success in this role

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
