🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data on market trends, competitors, customer behaviors, and industry developments.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Prepare and present reports with clear findings and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to understand research needs and deliver tailored insights.
• Monitor industry news and developments to keep the company informed about relevant trends and emerging opportunities.
• Support the creation of surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection tools to gather valuable information from stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain research databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in forecasting and market modeling to support strategic business planning.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies through research and performance metrics.
• Provide ongoing recommendations for improving research methodologies and processes.

✅ Requirements

• Strong experience in research, data collection, and analysis.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Python, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze large data sets effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven insights and recommendations.
• A degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Previous experience in a research or analyst role is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of market research platforms and tools is a plus (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics).
