What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound patient calls
• Gather patient demographic information and schedule medical appointments
• Support both hospital and outpatient teams effectively
• Educate patients on self-service options and address inquiries
• Maintain a quality score of 97% or higher while meeting performance metrics

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Experience working with EPIC within the last 2 years
• Minimum internet speed of 25 MBPS, with a quiet workspace
• Strong customer service experience and ability to handle 55+ inbound calls per day
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Comfortable participating in on-camera team huddles and meetings

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with healthcare scheduling or contact center operations
• Familiarity with the Five9 telephony system
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Prior experience with EPIC and Epic cadence
