What You’ll Do
- Act as a reliable, friendly resource for members by answering questions and resolving needs with care and professionalism.
- Make financial products and services approachable by explaining them clearly and thoughtfully.
- Move confidently between multiple systems while staying fully engaged in each conversation.
- Assist with everyday financial needs—from accounts and cards to loans, savings, and retirement options.
- Listen for opportunities to suggest solutions that support members’ goals and build long‑term trust.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 – $19.50/hr.
