2. About the Opportunity:
The Remote Customer Support Agent (P&C) role focuses on assisting existing customers with modifications and inquiries related to their insurance policies through partnerships with multiple insurance carriers. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting retention efforts, and facilitating service requests, directly impacting customer experience and policyholder loyalty.
3. Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
• Process service requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and sending policy documents
• Address customer questions about policy coverages and benefits
• Assist customers in making changes to existing insurance policies
• Proactively work to retain policyholders by identifying solutions for those at risk of cancellation
4. Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center environment
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Strong passion for helping others
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Hourly wage: $19.00 to $21.00
• Company-paid Property and Casualty license, expected within 60 days of starting
