What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Receive inbound and perform outbound calls as required by the department
- Read, interpret, and apply step-by-step instructions in real-time during live calls
- Maintain a reliable process across high-volume interactions without cutting corners
- Follow structured workflows exactly as written, adhering to established processes
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and ticketing systems, and troubleshoot issues
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must have your own equipment for remote work
- Customer service or call center experience is required
- Background in financial services, banking support, and healthcare
- Strong attention to detail in data handling and prioritization of accuracy
- High-speed internet with a quiet work station
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in QA/auditing
- Data entry experience is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
