Remodel Project Manager Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remodel Project Manager to lead residential and commercial renovation projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate completion of jobs ensuring scope of work and plans are followed
• Oversee construction site activities ensuring adherence to safety standards, building codes, and contract specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics,
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily logs.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Facilitate effective communication among project teams through detailed project scheduling and coordination efforts.
• Ensure all work complies with local regulations and industry best practices while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on remodeling or renovation projects; site experience
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients or stakeholders.
• Knowledge of all construction trades so supervision and SOW can be explained to workers

Pay: $72,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
