About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a Commonwealth-operated facility in Selinsgrove, PA. This is a 3rd shift overnight position (10:15 PM – 6:15 AM) with 4 immediate openings at the Expert level. The role operates under DHS – ODP and offers the opportunity to serve residents in a meaningful, long-term care environment.
Responsibilities
Depending on assignment, the RN will serve in one of three capacities:
As Charge Nurse:
- Direct and coordinate nursing care for all residents on the assigned shift
- Assess and manage staff utilization, supplies, and equipment
- Supervise and support paraprofessional nursing personnel
As Assessment Coordinator:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care
- Meet with residents and families; complete all required documentation
As Staff Nurse:
- Deliver professional nursing care across patient care and specialty areas
- Support infection control, quality improvement, and risk management initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania RN license or valid non-renewable temporary practice permit
- Ability to enter and manage health data in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
Compensation & Details
- Pay Rate: $54.50/hour
- Shift: 3rd Shift – 10:15 PM to 6:15 AM
- Positions Available: 4
- Level: Expert
Pay: $44.00 – $54.00 per hour
