Role Description
We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence within the Wisconsin territory. This is an on-site, full-time leadership role focused on driving revenue growth and cultivating high-level manufacturer and client relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing territory-specific sales strategies, meeting aggressive sales targets, and overseeing regional sales operations to ensure total alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Management: Drive growth and market share within the Wisconsin region by identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing accounts.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute data-driven sales plans to meet or exceed regional revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with clients and manufacturers.
- Team Oversight: Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve peak performance and professional development.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Financial Accountability: Manage regional budgets, optimize resources, and ensure all financial goals are met.
Qualifications
- Sales Excellence: Proven expertise in direct sales, strategic planning, and lead generation.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead and inspire a team, with a focus on relationship management.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing market trends to develop actionable strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Operational Agility: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales management role is highly desirable.
