Regional Sales Director
II. Job Responsibilities (12 items)
Develop and execute the sales strategy and annual sales plan for the assigned region to ensure the achievement of company performance targets.
Coordinate the regional market layout, analyze industry trends, competitive environment, and customer needs, and develop targeted sales strategies.
Lead and manage the regional sales team (including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and incentives) to enhance the team’s overall effectiveness.
Establish and maintain key account relationships (KA clients), promoting long-term cooperation and performance growth with major clients.
Supervise sales process management, including client development, opportunity follow-up, contract negotiation, and payment collection.
Responsible for achieving and continuously improving regional sales targets (revenue, profit, market share, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations departments to promote the implementation of sales projects and optimize customer solutions.
Regularly conduct sales data analysis and review, optimize sales processes, and improve conversion rates and sales efficiency.
Control sales expense budgets to improve return on investment (ROI).
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential market growth points. Responsible for brand building and enhancing market influence within the designated region.
Report on regional operations to senior management and provide strategic advice.
III. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Over 20 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years of sales team management experience.
Experience in regional market development and sales system building.
Excellent sales performance record with successful cases of achieving or exceeding targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of leading the team to achieve high performance.
Excellent business negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Strong data analysis skills and market insight.
Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to frequent business trips.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with strong execution.
Good English skills preferred (subject to company needs).
