Panem Project is a Mission Support Network that provides financial assistance to support both short and long-term missionaries, easing their financial burdens. Through initiatives like Merch for Missions and Donations, we sustain our assistance fund to support impactful mission work. Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Regional General Manager for a full-time remote role. The Regional General Manager will oversee operational management, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organizational growth. Responsibilities include managing regional teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning operational activities with the organization’s vision. The role also involves maintaining relationships with donors, partners, and volunteers to sustain and expand support for mission activities.

• Experience in strategy development, project execution, and operational management.
• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and fostering partnerships.
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in fundraising, donor relations, and budget management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively represent the organization.
• Adaptability to work remotely and manage regional operations effectively.
• Passion for the organizational mission and experience in nonprofit or mission-focused roles is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is preferred.
