As a recruitment specialist, you’ll be at the heart of driving enrollment for dynamic continuing education programs, connecting with prospective students and helping them take the next step in their personal and professional growth. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding individuals through program options, answering their questions, and showcasing the real-world value of each opportunity.

This is a highly engaging, fast-paced role. From phone calls and emails to in-person outreach and events, you’ll build meaningful relationships while managing leads through the full enrollment journey using a CRM system. As part of an experienced and driven team, you’ll work hand in hand with colleagues to achieve common goals. You’ll also play a key role in keeping communications fresh and compelling by updating program details, refining messaging, and ensuring marketing channels stay current.

Beyond recruitment, you’ll help create a welcoming student experience by hosting orientations, supporting enrollment logistics, and collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless process from first inquiry to first day of class.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Prior experience working with a CRM preferred.
• Knowledge of university policies and procedures preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Excellent judgement and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work with constant interruptions.
• Experience working with a variety of software programs including databases is a plus.
• Knowledge of Outlook and Excel required.
• Strong phone presence and conversation skills.
