What You’ll Do

• Complete repairs and reconstruction projects (carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, cabinets, tile, light plumbing & electrical)
• Assist Project Managers with on-site supervision and project setup
• Meet with customers on-site, review progress, and ensure satisfaction
• Keep projects on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on skills in multiple trades — construction or restoration background preferred
• Ability to lead small crews and coordinate with subcontractors
• Strong communication skills with customers, managers, and teammates
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to be part of our on-call rotation
• (If not already certified) willingness to obtain IICRC WRT/FSRT and OSHA-10 within your first year — we’ll help you get there

Working Conditions:

This position involves indoor and outdoor work in varied weather conditions. Team members may occasionally be exposed to dust, fumes, odors, or environments impacted by water, fire, mold, or other contaminants. RestoreCore provides safety training and personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment. On-call and emergency response availability is required

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
