Job Summary
The Receptionist/settlement processor will answer phones, maintain communication with clients, agents, lenders, teammates.
Order, track, receive and distribute all items and services to customers and all related parties as required.
Collect and process information to enter orders.
Enter client and transactional information into the settlement system and track transaction activity
Deposit funds and conduct banking transactions
Conduct scheduling
Communication and organization skills are a must and ability to pay attention to details is essential.

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
