Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to assess their real estate goals and preferences, providing expert guidance throughout their journey.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
• Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to secure favorable deals for clients while maintaining transparency and professionalism.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels, including social media, online platforms, and community outreach.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress using real estate administrative tools.
• Stay informed about local market trends, legal regulations such as real estate law, and competitive listings to provide accurate advice.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions promptly and ensuring a smooth transaction experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, customer service or real estate administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued.
• Knowledge of negotiation techniques and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Familiarity with real estate law and local regulations governing property transactions.
• Strong marketing skills to attract clients and promote listings creatively.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals.
