About the Role
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining quality assurance protocols to ensure the highest standards across all products and services within a strategic project with the Department of Veterans Affairs, affecting millions of veteran users. This role leads a team of QA professionals, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and drives continuous process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
