Job Title: QA Tester
Location: Jackson, MS (Onsite)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of software applications supporting federal and state Health & Human Services programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in eligibility determination and benefit issuance systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in testing eligibility and benefit systems for Health & Human Services programs
- Hands-on experience with at least one or more of the following programs:
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
- Child Care Assistance (CC)
- Child Support Enforcement (CSE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools
- Validate eligibility determination and benefit issuance workflows
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues
- Ensure applications meet business, functional, and technical requirements
- Participate in test planning, test data preparation, and test execution cycles
