Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Health Program Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role located in Austin, TX. The Program Coordinator will oversee the development, implementation, and management of public health programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and community needs. This role involves coordinating program activities, managing projects, communicating with stakeholders, and providing excellent customer service to the community. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Program Management and Program Development with the ability to plan, implement, and monitor public health initiatives effectively.
• Strong skills in Communication, including the ability to clearly convey information and professionally interact with diverse community members and stakeholders.
• Customer Service skills with a focus on addressing public health concerns and building positive relationships within the community.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including developing plans, managing resources, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to meet project deadlines and achieve program goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, social work, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Familiarity with public health policies, community health initiatives, and data-driven program evaluation is a plus.
