We are hiring a Promotional Event Assistant to support live campaigns and represent brands at events across Los Angeles. This is a customer-facing, face-to-face sales role focused on engaging with customers, promoting services, and contributing to sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent brands at live events, retail locations, and promotional activations
- Engage with customers face-to-face, providing clear and accurate product/service information
- Promote services and complete sales transactions through direct interaction
- Deliver professional and engaging customer experiences
- Assist with event setup and maintain organised promotional spaces
- Work towards individual performance targets and contribute to overall sales results
- Participate in ongoing training in sales & marketing techniques and product knowledge
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face, customer-facing environment
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in sales
- Availability for full-time, in-person work in Los Angeles
