This role requires the employee to act as a strategic advisor to division leadership, transforming complex testing data and innovation roadmaps into authoritative narratives for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and Congress. This role requires a critical architect of the client’s public and internal image, ensuring that technical advancements in cost-reduction and fielding efficiency are clearly understood by stakeholders at the highest levels.”

At Hive Group, salary decisions are influenced by several factors, including but not limited to the role, location, and the combination of education, training, skills, certifications, competencies, and relevant work experience.
The estimated compensation range for this position is between $125,000 – $140,000 annually, based on benchmarks in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This range reflects a good-faith estimate for all experience levels.
