Role Description

This is a full-time in person role for a Project Lead. The Project Lead will oversee and manage all phases of flooring projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include coordinating with sales, managing installation teams, monitoring project progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring quality standards are met. Additionally, the Project Lead will create reports, maintain documentation, and provide status updates to stakeholders as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, scheduling, and team coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects.
• Effective communication and client relationship management capabilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making expertise in a project-driven environment.
• Knowledge of polished concrete, epoxy flooring, and concrete restoration is highly encouraged.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a jobsite setting and lead construction teams effectively.
