Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Estimator based in Dallas. The Project Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, and conducting thorough assessments to ensure accurate resource allocation. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed budgets, provide construction cost evaluations, and maintain clear communication throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cost Management, Budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Proficient in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation processes
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and provide accurate cost projections
• Proficiency in project management and estimation software tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in construction or project-based industries is highly advantageous
