Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Project Estimator/Project Manager based in Apex, NC. The role involves preparing accurate project estimates, developing and managing budgets, and pricing changes to the project. Regular communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders to coordinate activities is required, along with maintaining quality standards and monitoring costs throughout each phase of construction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating-concrete
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams
- Familiarity with relevant software tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Previous experience in concrete contracting or construction-related fields is a requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
