Project Coordinator, EdTech Full Time NEW

About the Role:

Wisewire is seeking a Project Coordinator who may work across multiple projects, assisting Project Managers. The PC will assist in developing projects by collaborating with the product and design teams. They will be responsible for coordinating and tracking discrete aspects of projects, including one or more of these tasks: administrative tasks, components of larger projects, budgets, or project timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within the project budget. 

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with Project Managers to support the full life cycle of development projects, from planning to deployment, ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met.
• Assist with developing and monitoring budgets as directed.
• Participate in and coordinate the recruiting and training of resources to complete project-related tasks as directed.
• Maintain project plans, track progress, and provide status updates to the team, management, and stakeholders as directed.
• Perform project coordination tasks, which may include capturing meeting notes, organizing project files, logging and tracking invoices, and supporting project closeout and archiving.
• Support the Project Manager by adhering to project management methodologies, assisting with project retrospectives, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Superior problem-solving capabilities with an analytical mindset and ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines. 
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, ideally in EdTech, software development, or traditional publishing.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools, such as Smartsheet, Google Suite, and Google Drive.
• Ability to work well under pressure and organize competing priorities effectively.
