Program Analyst – Remote Full Time NEW

Summary: The successful candidate will work closely with the AVP of Program Performance to develop and monitor key metrics, KPIs, benchmarks and vendor score cards to drive program performance at Healthesystems; manage the operational and tactical aspects of selected performance improvement initiatives.

• Develop, monitor, evaluate and report on KPIs, benchmarks and vendor score cards to drive program performance for Healthesystems and our customers.
• Drive the creation and delivery of executive-level analysis, key insights and presentations while managing stakeholder expectations, escalating risks and issues appropriately.
• Support sales and account management, as a program performance SME, in customer presentations and business reviews.
• Evaluate, document and communicate value derived from program performance initiatives and recommend program performance improvement opportunities.
• Research and understand market dynamics, as it relates to program performance.
• Forecast trends and report findings to customers and to executive management, leveraging customer insight to assist in the development of strategic performance goals.

Qualifications/Education/Certifications

Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university; plus a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of workers’ compensation or healthcare related experience preferred.

• Must be able to communicate ideas and analysis results effectively both verbally and in writing to both a technical and non-technical audience
• Must possess statistical analysis and graphical data display experience
• Must demonstrate a superior ability to recognize and define problems, understand business and system processes, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Must be able to formulate and communicate questions to gather the necessary missing information to resolve a problem.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

Duties are performed primarily in a home office setting utilizing computer equipment. Travel to attend meetings and visit locations throughout the country may be required. Anticipated Starting Pay Range: $68,800 USD – $94,600 USD
