Pay: $17/hour

Job Description:

We are seeking workers for entry-level production positions near Willmar. Positions include: Bulkpacking, Coating, Loading, Baggers, and Sanitation members.

• Acquire knowledge of the fundamental functions and operations of all packaging equipment.
• Collect all necessary tools to ensure preparedness for your shift.
• Utilize the various machinery relevant to your specific department.
• Ensure high product quality and promptly report any concerns to supervisors.
• Engage in communication with operators during shift changes to remain informed about the current status of the production process.
• Adhere to the daily sanitation schedule.

Requirements:

• Must be able to frequently lift 30lbs.
• Must be able to bend/twist.
• Be able to operate at waist-level.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude.
• English, Spanish speaking, or bilingual.
