Production Tech Full Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Tech to support daily field operations and reporting. This role is responsible for collecting and compiling field production data, managing employee timesheets, and tracking oil loads. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in Excel, and able to meet daily reporting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect daily production data from field gaugers
• Compile and organize data into Excel spreadsheets
• Prepare and distribute daily Excel reports to engineering team
• Track and maintain accurate employee timesheets
• Compile timesheets for payroll processing
• Monitor and record oil loads and oil load rejects
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for reporting and compliance

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, formatting)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet daily deadlines and manage time effectively
• Strong communication skills for reporting and coordinating with field staff
• Prior experience in oil & gas production or a related field (preferred)
