Production Line Attendant Full Time NEW

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Processing Line Attendant to join our food manufacturing team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, work well in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to producing high-quality food products. No previous experience is required – we provide on-the-job training!

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor the production line to ensure products move smoothly and efficiently.

· Perform basic tasks including sorting, inspecting, packing, labeling, and palletizing finished products.

· Conduct visual quality checks to identify and remove defective items.

· Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and food safety guidelines (GMPs, HACCP).

· Maintain a clean and organized work area, including end-of-shift cleaning and sanitation tasks.

· Assist with basic equipment setup, minor troubleshooting, and reporting issues to supervisors.

· Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

· Adhere to all company safety rules, policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

· No prior experience necessary – training will be provided.

· Must be at least 18 years old.

· High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

· Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours) and perform repetitive tasks.

· Ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally, and up to 150 lbs as needed with assistance.

· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

· Basic reading skills (able to follow written instructions).

· Willingness to work in a refrigerated or warm environment and wear required personal protective equipment (hairnet, gloves, smock, slip-resistant shoes, etc.).

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

· Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or food service.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

· Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
