Production Associate- 3rd shift Full Time NEW

Overview
We are seeking a skilled 3rd shift Production Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of mechanical processes, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring production goals are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance during production runs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications for assembly and fabrication.
• Assemble components accurately according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers to ensure product specifications are met.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to maximize efficiency and output.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required for material handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a Machine Operator or similar role.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
• Familiarity with CNC machinery and logic controllers is highly desirable.
• Experience with tooling, assembly line processes, and fabrication techniques is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is an advantage but not required at hiring (training will be provided).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
