The role
We’re looking for a Product Operations Coordinator to work directly with our product manager. You’ll be the right hand that keeps the product moving day to day, so the PM can focus on strategy. This is a junior-to-mid role (1–3 years) for someone organized, proactive, and eager to learn product inside a fast-growing startup.
Fully remote, working US hours.
What you’ll do
• Support the product manager across the full product cycle — from idea to launch
• Keep the backlog, sprints, and product documentation organized and up to date
• Turn user feedback and data into clear, written product requirements
• Coordinate between design, engineering, and growth so nothing stalls
• Help run experiments (landing pages, onboarding, conversion) and summarize results
• Prepare notes, decks, and updates so the PM can make decisions quickly
What we’re looking for
• 1–3 years in product ops, project coordination, product support, or a related role
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Comfortable working US-hours time zones
• Highly organized and proactive — you chase things down without being asked
• Interest in careers, recruiting, or AI products is a plus
