Role Overview
We are hiring a Product Manager to own a product area end-to-end. The role drives strategy, prioritisation, and execution — partnering with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship things customers love and the business needs.
Key Responsibilities
– Own the roadmap and strategy for a defined product area
– Conduct customer research, write product specs, and align stakeholders
– Partner closely with engineering and design through the build cycle
– Define and track product metrics; iterate based on data
– Coordinate launches with marketing, sales, and customer success
– Make tough prioritisation calls and communicate the why clearly
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 4+ years as a Product Manager shipping software products
– Strong analytical skills and comfort with quantitative decision-making
– Excellent written communication, including PRDs and stakeholder updates
– Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4)
– Bias for action and ability to drive ambiguous projects to outcomes
– Empathy for customers and curiosity about their problems
