Product Manager/Business Analyst

Onsite in Orlando, FL

Salary: $65,000-$120,000 (flexible/based on experience) plus 25% BONUS + Full-time benefits

Company Overview

Our client is a leader in endpoint protection technologies, providing enterprise-level cybersecurity tools to improve the security of servers and endpoints. Their solutions are leading the cybersecurity market toward a more secure approach to blocking the exploits of application vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CPO to identify and prioritize new product opportunities.
• Gathering requirements and translating that into development talk while managing the whole product lifecycle.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements and user stories.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure product requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from stakeholders and refine product requirements.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps and timelines.
• Create and update documentation, including UI/UX mockups, database dictionaries, APIs, etc. to support the product life cycle
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize the tasks based on changing requirements
• Assist in the development of business cases and ROI analyses for new product initiatives.
• Monitor and report on product performance and user feedback post-launch.
• Work with the product team and end-users to deliver updates and status reports
• Support the CPO in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience working in a fast-paced tech company or cyber security company – preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of DB SQL & API Integrations
• In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
• Knowledge of product management and development processes.
• Certification in Business Analysis – Preferred (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
