CAMCORP is expanding and on a mission to find a Procurement Specialist. The role will be responsible for supporting the procurement and parts/service sales functions of the Scheuch family of companies.

Role Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Specialist to support daily purchasing operations and collaborate across sourcing, engineering, sales, and project teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials and services are delivered accurately and on time. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Procurement Specialist, based in the Kansas City metropolitan, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders for MRO, parts, and standard materials
• Track orders and follow up with suppliers on delivery timelines
• Support RFQs, pricing comparisons, and supplier coordination
• Maintain accurate pricing and vendor data within our ERP system
• Communicate order status and updates to internal teams
• Assist with cost-saving initiatives, supplier onboarding, and sourcing projects
• Resolve order discrepancies and maintain accurate purchasing records

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0–3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a related area
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office; ERP experience is a plus
• Self-motivated with a strong interest in building a career in procurement or supply chain
