🔎 What we expect from you

You will work with industry-leading clients to redesign and elevate their operations, transforming inefficient processes into high-performance ways of working.

You will:

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Map and assess end-to-end processes to uncover inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Lead and facilitate transformation and redesign workshops with client teams.
• Redesign operations to drive measurable performance improvements.
• Translate strategic objectives into practical, executable solutions.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role carried out at customer sites, with direct access to decision-makers and leadership teams

👤 Your profile

• Professionals with 2–5 years of experience
• Graduated (Bachelor’s or Master’s – Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or (Technical) Business Administration).
• Legal permission to work in the country you are applying for, without the need for employer sponsorship
• Analytical, curious, and driven to solve problems
• Proactive mindset, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a challenging environment
• A true team player with empathy and strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and foster collaboration
• Project management knowledge, including the ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with teams to meet client objectives
• Willing to travel and work on-site (driving licence B required). Candidates must be open to travel up to 75%.
