What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Schedule tests and procedures efficiently while managing the phone queue
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective workflow in the clinic

- Assist in coordinating appointments and follow-ups as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must reside within a 90-mile radius of Chattanooga, TN
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
- Prior experience in a scheduling or administrative role preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in orthopaedics or sports medicine
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficiency in scheduling software or systems
