Role Overview:

As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in leading the execution of investment opportunities in the Software and Technology team. You will work closely with senior team members to source, evaluate, and execute investments. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support due diligence efforts, including financial modeling, industry research, and competitive analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with intermediaries, advisors, and management teams.

• Stay current on market trends, industry developments, and relevant investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in private equity, with a focus on tech an software investments/transactions.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
• A high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to travel as needed for due diligence and portfolio company oversight.
