I. Position Overview
The President of Artificial Intelligence is responsible for formulating and executing the company’s overall AI strategy. This role entails overseeing technological innovation, product commercialization, market expansion, and organizational development to ensure that AI serves as a core growth engine for the company and establishes a competitive advantage within the industry.
II. Core Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Business Development
Formulate the company’s medium-to-long-term AI development strategy and roadmap.
Identify commercial opportunities for AI across various industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing, etc.).
Drive the development of AI-driven new business models and revenue growth.
2. Technology and Innovation Leadership
Provide technical direction for core AI domains, including machine learning, deep learning, and large-scale models.
Drive the establishment of the AI R&D framework and the development of technical platforms.
Ensure the integration of technological advancement with commercial value.
3. Product and Commercialization
Lead the end-to-end development and scaling of AI products—from initial concept to full-scale deployment.
Drive the application of AI solutions across both enterprise (B2B) and consumer (B2C) markets.
Establish pricing strategies and business models (e.g., SaaS, API, platform-based models, etc.).
4. Organization and Team Management
Build and manage cross-functional teams (spanning algorithms, engineering, product, sales, etc.).
Attract and cultivate top-tier AI talent.
Establish efficient AI governance and collaboration mechanisms.
5. Market and Customer Success
Expand relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Drive the implementation of AI solutions within key industry sectors.
Enhance customer value and foster long-term collaborative relationships.
6. Investment, Financing, and Ecosystem Building
Participate in M&A activities, strategic investments, and partnerships (with AI startups, technology firms, etc.).
Build and nurture the AI ecosystem (involving universities, research institutions, and technology alliances).
Report on AI business development progress to the Board of Directors and investors.
7. Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure that AI applications comply with data privacy regulations and regulatory requirements.
Establish an AI ethics and governance framework.
Manage and mitigate technical and commercial risks.
III. Job Requirements
1. Educational Background
Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
An MBA or a multidisciplinary background is preferred.
2. Work Experience
20+ years of experience in the technology sector or a related industry, including at least 5 years in an executive leadership role.
Deep involvement in the strategic planning and implementation of AI, Big Data, and/or Cloud Computing initiatives.
Proven track record of successfully commercializing AI products or platforms.
3. Core Competencies

Technical proficiency combined with cross-functional integration capabilities.
Organizational leadership and change management skills.
Global perspective and resource integration capabilities.
4. Bonus Qualifications
Experience working at a large-scale AI platform or a “unicorn” company
Familiarity with the Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) ecosystem
Experience in cross-border business operations or capital management
