Cabin Builder – Factory Built Cabins – Looking for Plumber / Electrician / Framer / Trim Carpenter to join our growing team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Saturday work available 6:AM – 11:00 AM

About the Role:

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Cabin Building Team! This is a factory-based position, all work is completed at our facility, so there’s no travel from job site to job site.

You’ll help construct and assemble components for our high-quality, factory-built cabins. We cross-train all team members, so you’ll gain hands-on experience in every part of the cabin-building process, from framing to finishing.

Responsibilities:

• Construct and assemble cabin components using wood, metal, and other materials
• Perform framing, trim carpentry, roofing, sanding, painting and finishing tasks as needed
• Also have a need for experience in plumbing or electrical
• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, saws, and measuring equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with other trades such as electricians, plumbers, and welders to ensure quality and timely completion
• Follow construction plans and verbal instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Participate in cross-training to develop skills across multiple areas of the build process

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Builder, Trim Carpenter, Framer, Roofer, plumber, HVAC Install or in a related construction role. 2-4 Years of experience required.
• Trim Carpentry, Framing, Electrical or Plumbing experience desired
• Familiarity with power tools, saws, and basic construction methods
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Ability to climb on a ladder when needed
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and shop safety
