Full Throttle Sports – Now Hiring: Service Technician (Sea-Doo Specialist)

Full Throttle Sports is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. If you enjoy working on personal watercraft and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the powersports industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Sea-Doo personal watercraft; experience with other brands (Yamaha, Kawasaki) is a plus.
• Perform routine service, engine work, and system troubleshooting
• Make-ready new units for delivery and ensure they meet dealership standards
• Operate a forklift to move units and equipment safely
• Operate a service boat for on-water pickups, testing, and support
• Provide on-site service across the Highland Lakes area
• Keep accurate service records and communicate effectively with the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical experience (powersports, marine, or small engines preferred)
• Experience operating a forklift and working around heavy equipment
• Comfortable and skilled operating a boat in a service environment
• Familiarity with the Highland Lakes and surrounding waterways
• Ability to think on your feet and make decisions on the fly
• Respectful of customers’ property and committed to high-quality work
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and solid work ethic
