TITLE: Pre-Lit / Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury)

SALARY: Starts at $120k

As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution.
• Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and assess the viability of potential claims.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, explaining their rights and options.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in the personal injury field.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing with the relevant state’s bar association.
• Minimum [2] years of experience practicing personal injury law.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated dedication to client advocacy and achieving positive results.

MUST have significant law firm experience. Personal Injury experience preferred but not required, knowledge of Personal Injury is required.
