Personal Consultant Full Time

Role Description The Personal Consultant will work full time or part-time remotely with the headquarters based in Lansdale, PA. You would be supporting clients through one-on-one and small-group leadership and personal development engagements. In this role, the consultant will conduct intake conversations, clarify goals, and co-create development plans tailored to each client’s needs. Daily responsibilities include facilitating coaching-style sessions, preparing session materials and tools, documenting progress, and adjusting plans based on feedback and outcomes. The Personal Consultant will collaborate with the internal team to align client work with current programs, frameworks, and best practices, while maintaining accurate records and client communications. The role also includes contributing insights to refine offerings, participating in team meetings and training, and representing Rosie Visionary Collective’s mission and values in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse individuals.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, consulting, mentoring, or leadership development, ideally in a professional or organizational setting.
• Ability to design and implement personalized development plans, including goal-setting, action planning, and accountability structures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear documentation of sessions and progress notes.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfort facilitating small-group discussions, workshops, or training focused on leadership and personal growth.
• High level of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, coaching, organizational development, education, or a related field; relevant certifications in coaching or leadership development are a plus.
• Experience working in leadership development, personal development, HR, learning and development, or related fields is preferred.
