What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center, addressing incoming calls and ensuring First Call Resolution
• Pre-register and schedule patient encounters for provider services
• Utilize excellent customer service standards to assist patients effectively
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experience
• Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on patient inquiries

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Minimum of 1 year of related customer-facing experience required
• Experience in call center, patient scheduling, and/or physician front office preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
