Our client near Irving, TX is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join their team. Payroll duties will make up approx. 70% of the workload with HR duties making up the other 30%.
Responsibilities:
- Lead payroll processing for all employees
- HR duties such as employee onboarding, benefits planning/counseling, FMLA, etc.
Requirements:
- Extensive payroll processing experience for a small to mid-size company is ideal
- Paycom experience is preferred
- Multi-state experience is a plus
