We are seeking a dedicated Patient Registration Specialist – Remote to join our team, supporting locations across all cities in NY, including Grand Rapids (35). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for accurately collecting and verifying patient information, insurance details, and ensuring seamless registration processes.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Greeting patients promptly and professionally via phone or online platforms
- Collecting, reviewing, and updating patient demographic and insurance information
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of registration data in the system
- Responding to patient inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow
- Maintaining confidentiality and complying with HIPAA regulations
