Patient Intake Coordinator – Weekly Pay – Apply Now! Full Time

We are hiring Patient Intake Coordinators to support a healthcare team by scheduling new patients and helping coordinate dialysis care. This role is patient-facing and requires strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive new patient information from hospitals and clinics
• Call patients to schedule dialysis care
• Handle inbound calls from patients checking on appointments
• Manage cases in Salesforce and document updates
• Follow up with patients who haven’t responded
• Track and close cases in the system

What To Expect

• About 20 inbound calls per day
• Outbound calls vary (20–80 per day depending on workload)
• Daily use of Salesforce (CRM) and Cerner (EHR)
• Independent workload management is important

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, or medical office)
• Experience working in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, data entry)
• High school diploma or GED

Nice to Have

• Prior patient scheduling or healthcare experience
• Dialysis experience
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.)

• Hybrid or in-office role
• Must have reliable internet and a private workspace at home
• Team-focused environment with strong communication

Schedule

• Full-time: 8–5 Monday – Friday
• 40 hours per week (little to no overtime)
