Position Overview
This role is responsible for expanding partnerships with union and labor-affiliated organizations through relationship-based outreach and early-stage opportunity development. The Partnerships & Relationship Development Lead will focus on opening doors, building credibility with union leadership, and generating qualified partnership opportunities. This role owns the process from initial outreach through qualification, with successful opportunities transitioned to internal teams for activation and long-term partnership management. This is a top-of-funnel, relationship first role, ideal for someone with an existing network in the union ecosystem who can translate relationships into meaningful partnership opportunities.

Compensation for this role is $85,000-$105,000 per year, with performance-based bonus potential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and professional development support.
