About the role

We’re looking for a Partner Success Manager, Fleet Solutions to help grow and support Damoov’s relationships with fleet-focused partners.

This role is centered on building strong day-to-day partner relationships, helping partners understand and apply Damoov’s platform, and supporting long-term success across fleet-related use cases. It is a strong fit for someone who is organized, commercially aware, comfortable working with external stakeholders, and motivated by helping partners get real value from a technical product.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet management partners and related stakeholders
• Act as a main point of contact for partner communication, coordination, and follow-up
• Help partners understand Damoov’s capabilities and how they apply to fleet operations and customer needs
• Support partner onboarding and early-stage enablement
• Work with internal teams to coordinate partner needs, requests, and opportunities
• Help identify ways to strengthen partner engagement, retention, and growth
• Track partner activity, open items, and progress across ongoing conversations and initiatives
• Support commercial and operational discussions tied to fleet partnerships
• Help gather partner feedback and share insights with product, sales, and leadership teams
• Contribute to partner-facing materials, updates, and internal documentation

What we’re looking for

• Experience in partnerships, account management, customer success, sales support, or partner-facing operations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to stay organized across multiple partner conversations and priorities
• Confidence working with both commercial and operational topics
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and other internal teams
• Interest in fleet technology, telematics, logistics, mobility, or B2B SaaS
• Comfortable working in a lean, international, fast-moving environment

Nice to have

• Experience in fleet management, mobility, logistics, telematics, or transportation technology
• Experience supporting external partners, resellers, or strategic accounts
• Familiarity with solution-based B2B products or technical platforms
• Understanding of fleet workflows, driver behavior tools, route visibility, or operational reporting
