Job Title: Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator Location: Austin, TX and Georgetown, TX
Hours: 18 per week (Monday-Friday)
Contract duration: 4 months

Job Description
This role offers an opportunity for an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to support an oncology Liver Disease clinical trial at a research site in Austin, TX and Georgetown, TX. The ideal candidate has hands-on clinical research experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to engage confidently with participants and research staff.
Key Responsibilities
Participant Recruitment & Community Outreach
- Engage in community outreach by visiting clinics/hospitals, distributing recruitment materials, educating medical staff, and maintaining online recruitment portals.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral physicians to support recruitment.
Data & Documentation Management
- Collect and enter study data into electronic data capture (EDC) systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Resolve EDC data queries promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator is required.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
- Experience in community outreach and patient recruitment for clinical trials required.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to engage effectively with participants, investigators, and team members.
- Demonstrated accuracy in documentation, data entry, and protocol adherence.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $30.00/hr.
