Industrial Painter – Sheet Metal Environment – Will pay based on Experience.
Location: Glencoe MN
Schedule: (1st Shift – 5:30am – 3pm) Mon- Thursday – to Noon on friday.
Job Overview
We are hiring an Industrial Painter to support the paint department within a large manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on painting experience who is comfortable working in an industrial environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Paint large agricultural fertilizing equipments
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming as needed
Apply paints and coatings using appropriate tools to ensure consistent coverage and durability
Inspect finished work, perform touch-ups, and ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines in a production environment
Communicate and work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines
After completion of the painting projects, assist with fabrication and assembly work as needed, including basic sheet metal tasks

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $33.00/hr.
