Job Summary
A fast-growing Cannabis Processing, Manufacturing and Distribution Company is looking for hardworking and dependable Packager to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The Packager will be responsible for assembling, packaging, and preparing products for shipment while adhering to all safety and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Duties

• Assemble products using hand tools and equipment as per specifications.
• Package finished goods according to company guidelines.
• Package goods using light machinery.
• Maintain compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) throughout the packaging process.
• Conduct quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot issues related to packaging machinery and assist in basic maintenance as required.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Understanding of CGMP and FDA regulations related to packaging is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on achieving common goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 – $19.00 per hour
